Get rid of litter boxes because a majority of the smell comes from these. Clean out the litter box everyday. Using baking soda is a good idea to mask the smell of litter boxes.

If you have dogs try and keep them out of the house as much as possible so that the dogs are out of the buyer’s way. Also look out for fur balls that can accumulate around the house when pets are around. Vacuum your carpeting and furniture everyday to reduce the fur around the house. Always spray on some good room freshener before the buyers come to look at the house so that it smells fresh and clean.
